Shipping policy
Wholesale Blocks, operated by Wassner Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Acacia Grove, ships wholesale orders from New York. Orders are subject to acceptance.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days after order confirmation. Processing and shipment times may vary based on inventory availability, order volume, product availability, holidays, and other operational circumstances. Wholesale Blocks does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
Retailers are responsible for all applicable shipping, freight, handling, and related charges. Shipping charges will be disclosed at checkout, in a written quote, or in the order confirmation.
Shipping methods may be determined by the weight, size, and destination of the order. Wholesale Blocks will use the most cost-effective shipping method available. Each shipment location is considered a separate order.
If an item is backordered, Wholesale Blocks may hold the order until all items are available and ship the order complete. Partial shipments are made only upon the retailer’s written request and Wholesale Blocks’ written approval. Additional shipping charges may apply to partial shipments.
Retailers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery. Any loss, shipping damage, shortage, or mis-shipment must be reported to Wholesale Blocks in writing within seven (7) calendar days after delivery. Suspected lost shipments must be reported within seven (7) calendar days after the expected delivery date.
Claims should include the order number, photographs, and any other information reasonably requested. Retailers must retain affected products, packaging, and shipping materials until Wholesale Blocks or the carrier confirms they are no longer needed for inspection or a claim.
Wholesale Blocks is not responsible for issues caused by an incorrect shipping address supplied by the retailer, refused shipments, improper storage or handling after delivery, or damage occurring after the carrier records the shipment as delivered. Theft, loss, pilferage, or damage occurring after delivery is the retailer’s responsibility.
If a shipment is refused, not accepted, or returned due to the retailer’s actions, it may be treated as a non-defective return. The retailer remains responsible for original and return shipping, freight, handling, and applicable charges. Any credit is subject to the Wholesale Retailer Agreement and applicable restocking fees.
