Refund policy

Wholesale Blocks, operated by Wassner Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Acacia Grove, accepts returns only with prior written approval.

Retailers must contact Wholesale Blocks and receive return instructions before sending back any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not receive credit.

Non-defective returns are accepted only at Wholesale Blocks’ sole discretion and must be requested within fifteen (15) calendar days after the invoice date or shipment date, whichever is later.

Approved non-defective returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, plus all original and return shipping, freight, handling, and other applicable charges.

Retailers are responsible for prepaying return shipping costs unless Wholesale Blocks authorizes otherwise in writing.

Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, in resalable condition, and returned in its original packaging with all included documentation. Wholesale Blocks may deny credit for merchandise that does not meet these requirements.

If a return is approved, Wholesale Blocks may issue a credit or refund for the approved merchandise at the original invoice price, minus the applicable restocking fee and any original or return shipping, freight, handling, or other charges.

Products reported as defective, damaged, short, lost, or mis-shipped are handled under the Shipping Policy and must be reported within the required claim period. Wholesale Blocks may, at its option, replace affected products, issue a credit, or refund the purchase price of verified affected products.

Refused shipments, unaccepted deliveries, or shipments returned because of retailer action may be treated as non-defective returns and are subject to applicable restocking, shipping, freight, handling, and return charges.
